Despite last minute changes that we made on arrival, and spilled drink (our fault), the staff were friendly and amazingly helpf… Absolutely excellent food and service for our Mother’s Day celebration. Cosy atmosphere and look forward to going there more often.

Welcoming and warm greetings. Great pub with good beer, but not a good idea to display political posters in the windows. Personally I’ve never had a bad pint in there, plus the staff are always super… Trying to position itself as an upmarket bar, but remember this is in a town downe arms hotel where they have to put bouncers on the doors at McDonalds during the hours of daylight…. There is beer or wine if you don’t like cocktails. Plenty of space and nice decor. Great pub,lovely staff and they have all the COVID measures in place making you feel really safe

One of the best locals in Nuneaton by a long shot, family run and so welcoming and friendly. Made me an off the menu mocktail due to being pregnant and it being my birthday weekend. A special shoutout to Brandon on the bar! Both were meltingly soft and absolutely delicious…. Home made sauces are amazing.Highly recommend.

Nice pub, but the beer needs to improve to gain a 4th star. The Anker Inn is a friendly local pub in Nuneaton with a buzzing vibe and solid grub, boasting a 4.2 rating, but it’s got a few niggles that keep it from being perfect. It’s new decor & refurbishment gives it the perfect ambiance.

During this visit, we opted for the burge… After a previous disappointing experience, we were graciously given the opportunity to revisit the establishment following a conversation with the management. Massive smell of Urine which enables you to enjoy your drink. The Black Swan In Hand is a solid, down-to-earth pub in Nuneaton offering cheap drinks and a welcoming crowd, though it has a few quirks that keep it from being perfect.
